It is with great pleasure that BEST Engineered Surface Technologies announces the acquisition of the Teknicote and Medicote businesses.

The BEST Engineered Surface Technologies organization is focused on acquiring and integrating geographically disbursed coating application businesses. The President/CEO of BEST Engineered Surface Technologies, William Faucett, said this of Teknicote/Medicote: “It is unusual to find such a well-run, disciplined and organized family business available on the market.” We are excited at the prospects that the Teknicote/Medicote organization brings to the company. BEST Engineered Surface Technologies will do everything possible to support the Teknicote/Medicote business, both from a financial and directional standpoint. The philosophy of BEST Engineered Surface Technologies is that the company does not sell coatings it sells “quality and service” and that it is always important to be as seamless as possible to the customer as well as to employees when it comes to change.
